Key to the event is the Village Trail which will lead visitors around the gardens and other attractions, using the network of local footpaths, through beautiful countryside with distant views of the South Downs.
Our brochure contains a suggested route for taking the Village Trail. There are 2 starting points both with car parking. We invite visitors to use this route in conjunction with the Vilfestmap to plan the activities which interest them most. Please be aware that parking is limited and that many of our roads are very narrow and do not have pavements; therefore we hope that visitors will take advantage of our well marked footpaths which link the Old Village, the Common and Gay Street
Whatever the weather on the Saturday and Sunday, 5th and 6th June, if you are prepared to stretch your legs you will be able to take in some of the best scenery in West Sussex en route. As an extra diversion along the way why not try out our treasure trail.
