Neil Willis, Director of Finance & Human Resources

Neil brings 27 years of expertise in finance and operations to Kalahari. Prior to joining  Kalahari, Neil served at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where he was responsible for budgets in excess of £40 million.

Neil served in Her Majesty's Army for 22 years. During that time he worked in the department of finance and administration for, amongst others, the Royal Engineers, the Royal Signals and the Royal Military College of Science.
Neil is a member of the Institute of Administrative Management and the Institute of Supervisory Management.

He also holds an HND in Business Studies with Lewes College.
