Introducing the NEW Murex Tradesmig range of single phase machines.

The new Murex 171, 201, and 251 Tradesmigs are step regulated welding power sources for MIG/MAG welding. They feature a built-in wire feeder and their low weight makes them highly practical for use on farms, in body repair shops and for light production welding applications in many different industries.

The new Trademigs are designed for use with both conventional solid wire and self-shielding cored welding wire. They can weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as undertake MIG brazing duties. Wire diameters from 0.6 mm up to 1.2 mm can be used depending on the machine selected.

For ease of use, each Tradesmig features multi-step voltage switches and potentiometers for wire speed adjustment, allowing easy setting of the welding parameters. It is also possible to adjust burnback time and to set spot welding times. All units are fan-cooled and equipped with thermal overload protection.

A Power Smoothing Device is also provided to promote excellent welding performance with CO2 and gas mixtures. The Power Smoothing Device provides a smooth welding current, comparable to that of three phase welding machine. All Trademigs are also equipped with ergonomically designed, gas-cooled welding torches.

Optimum cooling of the torch gives an extended life to the swan neck and the wear parts. Three different version of gas nozzle are available, standard, straight and conical for maximum flexibility.

The EWM PHOENIX 300 CAR EXPERT PULSE is ideal for virtually all repairs to vehicle bodywork - from bare and coated steel panels (e.g. electroplated and galvanised) through to high-strength and super high-strength steel panels and aluminium parts.

The PHOENIX 300 CAR EXPERT PULSE has a uniquely easy-to-use operating concept, currently the only one of its kind in the world, in the context of bodywork repair. Thanks to application-oriented operation, repair times are reduced and welding errors are avoided, and all this with the highest possible level of welding quality.

The optimised machine technology greatly reduces heat feeding in the area around the repair. With structural parts this maintains the strength and crash safety of the repaired vehicle, and with coated steel panels it preserves the corrosion resistance. For repairs to the outer skin, the low heat feeding in the seam area means that reworking via levelling and smoothing is reduced to a minimum. For the user, this means increased efficiency.

The innovative combination of pulse and short arc technology, in addition to an exceptionally stable arc, provides consistent, virtually spatter-free results across the entire area of application.

The optional welding data documentation software Q-DOC 9000 ensures the seamless documentation of all welding data, as required. The Update option can also be used at any time to simply download new characteristics and programs for new vehicle types and new tools as available in the future.
