Sales Force Presenter


Sales Force Presenter ensures all Sales Representatives have the latest Presentation and Proposal material.

The latest PowerPoint presentations and Word based Proposal documents are sent to each Sales Representative, and are available for off-line usage in client meetings using Sales Force Presenter.

Sales Force Presenter automatically fetches the latest material from the central server whenever the Sales Representative is connected to the internet or company intranet.


Sales Force Presenter provides activity reports for each person in the Sales Force.

Get reports on the activity of the sales force: who is using the latest material, when they presented and to which company.

Reports can be used to identify the sales people that are maintaining the latest material and delivering it to your customers.


Presentations and Proposals are tailored to the needs of each client.

Sales Force Presenter contains a Presentation and Proposal Organizer. Sales Representatives can:
  • Presentations
    • Select company slide material from a range of categories
    • Replace keywords with client name, date of presentation etc.
    • Select images from an image library including client logos
    • Create new slides, automatically branded
    • Re-order slides
    • Run the presentation
    • Save the presentation for handover to the client.
  • Proposals
    • Select company proposal material from a range of categories
    • Replace keywords with client name, date of presentation etc.
    • Re-order proposal sections
    • Open the proposal
    • Save the proposal for handover to the client

Client accounts are created.

Each Sales Representative maintains a list of client accounts in Sales Force Presenter. Accounts store the selections made for that client, allowing tailor-made presentations and proposals to be retrieved later and delivered easily.


Presentation and Proposal materials are maintained centrally, at Head Office and in Regional (User Group) Offices.

Head Office and regional (user group) offices maintain the company presentation and proposal material, including the image library, using Sales Force Presenter. Material is uploaded from the administrators’ PCs.

Sales Representatives are managed at head office and in the regional (user group) offices, setting user names and administering password and password-resets using Sales Force Presenter.

Head Office manages the administration of user groups, creating new user groups and assigning local administrators into those user groups. Head Office manages the administration of categories using Sales Force Presenter.
